This program is designed for youth ages 12–17 who have completed treatment at ViaMar Health or have been identified by their treatment team as ready and interested in continued growth. It offers a safe and supportive space for peer connection, skill-building, and ongoing encouragement in recovery and self-development. When teens turn 18, they will transition to the Adult Alumni Program.

**Guardian permission required to participate.

Our Adult Alumni Program (ages 18+) is for adults that have completed a level of treatment at ViaMar Health or have been identified as eligible by their treatment team. This program provides ongoing support, connection, and community for individuals continuing their recovery after treatment. Through alumni support groups, social events, and special interest clubs, we help foster lasting relationships and empower alumni to continue healing beyond discharge.

Created for parents, caregivers, family members, and other support persons seeking ongoing connection and guidance as they continue to support their loved one’s journey in recovery. At ViaMar Health, we recognize that recovery is not just an individual process—family plays a vital role. Our family alumni programming offers dedicated space for loved ones to find community, gain insight, and receive their support they need for their own healing and growth.
